Returns and Refunds
If you find your item arrives to you in a faulty or damaged state, or is not fit for purpose when you use it, please contact us in the first instance so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note this must be within 14 days of receiving the item and we may require proof of the damage so we can open a claim.
If you decide you've changed your mind for any reason you can return to us within 14 days and get a refund, minus any postage costs. Again please contact us first.
Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised or custom made items, perishable items, hygiene items such as reusable sanitary products, piercing jewellery such as earrings.
All returns must be returned to us in original, unopened packaging and in an unused state.
Can I collect my order?
Yes orders can be collected. Just select the collection option when checking out.
Please message us to arrange a day and time to collect.
Please note we will only hold orders for 2 weeks. If you can't collect within 2 weeks please just message us, we are aware these things happen, however any order not collected within 2 weeks without any contact will go back up for sale with no refunds issued.
Can I see your products before buying?
We are often out at markets and events where you can see products and purchase there and then. Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram as this is where we always post where we will be.
